Information we collect
Contact details you submit (name, email, project notes), technical logs (IP, user-agent, referrer), and chat transcripts from JH Chat Bot when you use it. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver our services, improve the site and chatbot quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
AI processing
Chat messages you send to JH Chat Bot are transmitted to third-party model providers for inference under a data-processing agreement. We do not use your conversations to train foundation models.
Data retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Chat transcripts are retained for 30 days for quality and safety review, then deleted.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability. Email privacy@jhglobaltech.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
